Box Animals

Now that we can't take our paper and cardboard for recycling, let's REUSE it!

Children always play longer and have more fun with toys they made themselves. It gives them a much greater sense of ownership and pride in their own handiwork.

We made Wild Animals with our November box, and you can download the printouts below. But you can make ANY animals! Your older children can figure out the patterns themselves.

Use a box knife or a sharp knife on top of a cutting board. It works better than scissors. Just always stay close and be careful when you cut the box!

Send us photos of your kids’ creations, or tag us in your posts so that we can all play together!

Enjoy it!
